前半段故事不错，后半段就变闹剧了，映射猫王，但不敢在仿猫王的角色着墨太多，毕竟当时猫王红透半边天，可能怕引起**。

索尼02年重制35mm拷贝，色彩娇艳欲滴，和褪色的预告片相比像是两部电影。喜欢musical在五十年代末后向Rock'n'Roll的转型，对old-fashioned broadway实在兴趣不大，青少年角色的登场使得故事更加多元，也让不同年龄层人物的故事线出现了有趣的相似。迷恋Ann-Marget劲劲的感觉，有点受不了Janet Leigh淡淡的样子。**** Van Dyke银幕首秀唱的Put On a Happy Face太可爱了，还有Paul Lynde演的喜剧角色family man，没他可能就没那么好笑了。最后拿了奥斯卡扇耳光剧本的电视直播怎么会凉，那首歌应该是大卖特卖的。
